Arrival Time

Please arrive early out of respect for the performers and other members of the audience. The outside lobby doors will open at least one hour prior to curtain. Doors to the theater will open approximately 30 minutes before curtain time.

Late Seating Policy

In order to ensure that audience members have the best experience possible, The Coliseum Theatre will have limited seating opportunities once the show has begun. If you arrive after the lights go down you may not enter the theater until there is an appropriate break in the performance. If there are none, you must wait until intermission to take your seat.

Resale or Transfer of Tickets

In order to ensure that audience members have the best experience possible, The Coliseum Theatre does not allow for the resale of tickets to an event. If you arrive at the theatre with tickets purchased privately not utilizing this policy, these tickets may not be honored for admission. If you would like to sell or transfer your tickets to another party, you must contact the box office to have the name the tickets are under transferred to another party. This may only be done once on each ticket.

Refunds

No tickets will be refunded unless a performance is cancelled by The Coliseum Theater. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders may exchange their ticket for one to a different program or may request a refund. A small fee will be deducted from the refund by our ticketing company. This fee should not exceed the service fee paid during the transaction.
