Please arrive early out of respect for the performers and other members of the audience. The outside lobby doors will open at least one hour prior to curtain. Doors to the theater will open approximately 30 minutes before curtain time.
Late Seating Policy
In order to insure that audience members have the best experience possible, The Coliseum Theater will have limited seating opportunities once the show has begun. If you arrive after the lights go down you may not enter the theater until there is an appropriate break in the performance. If there are none, you must wait until intermission to take your seat.
No tickets will be refunded unless a performance is cancelled by The Coliseum Theater. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders may exchange their ticket for one to a different program or may request a refund.
Cameras and recording devices of any type are not permitted in the The Coliseum Theatre unless previously noted. Violators are subject to removal. Please remember to turn off all noise-producing pagers, electronic watch alarms and cellular phones before entering the theater.
We do not want you to miss a performance, so please contact The Coliseum Theatre at (662) 872-9262 if you cannot find your ticket(s).
Our Main Entrance is wheelchair accessible. However, depending upon seating, better options for entering the theater may be available. Please contact us at (662) 872-9262 prior to the date of your performance to request special accomodations.
Handicap-designated parking spaces are located just South of the theater on Cruise Street.
The box office staff is happy to assist you in selecting seating that best meets your needs. Wheelchair space is available only on the Orchestra level. Patrons who do not wish to transfer from their wheelchairs to a theater seat should request wheelchair-seating locations when ordering tickets. If you need a wheelchair-seating location and wish to sit with someone specific, please submit your ticket requests at the same time to designate him or her as your partner. Staff and volunteers cannot assist patrons in transferring to theater seats.
For selected performances, large-print programs are available in the orchestra-level lobby.
Handicap-accessible restrooms are available on the orchestra level
